We strive to achieve this goal by:

• Promoting participative, inclusive theatre art that seeks new aesthetic and artistic means of expression and integrates other art forms (such as music, dance, multimedia, visual arts, etc.).
• Conceiving and realising art and cultural education projects. This includes e.g. promoting young talents, organising educational events for children and teens as well as for influencers in youth work, hosting production projects as well as festivals, symposia and project weeks.
• Facilitating artistic exchange and cooperation between art and culture workers on a national and international level.
